How This Converter Works
Randomly chooses Yes or No with a Math.random threshold of 0.5; the displayed text color is independently chosen as a random six-digit hexadecimal color.
Formula or rule
Math.random() >= 0.5 => Yes; otherwise No. Text color = # plus six random hexadecimal characters.
