Builds HTML anchor markup and BBCode from the entered URL and optional site name. If the site name is empty, the URL is used as the link text.
Formula or rule
HTML: <a href=URL>name</a>; BBCode: [url=URL]name[/url]. Values are inserted literally without URL quoting or escaping.
