How This Converter Works
Converts RGB channel values to rounded HSV hue, saturation, and value, with optional alpha display.
Formula or rule
Normalize RGB by 255; V=max, S=delta/max (or 0 when max is 0), and hue is selected by the maximum channel using the six-sector HSV rule.

- Calculation
- Normalized channels 1,0,0 give max=1, delta=1, hue=0°, saturation=100%, value=100%.
