Converts exactly six hexadecimal RGB digits, optionally prefixed with #, to rounded CMYK percentages.

Formula or rule

Parse RGB bytes and normalize by 255; K=1-max(R,G,B). If K=1 set C=M=Y=0, otherwise ink=(1-channel-K)/(1-K); round each fraction×100.
