Formula or rule

Compute RGB from HSV using C=V×S, X=C×(1-|(H/60) mod 2-1|), m=V-C and the hue sector; K=1-max(R,G,B), then each ink=(1-channel-K)/(1-K), or 0 when K=1. Round percentages.
