How This Converter Works
Converts HSV hue and percentage saturation/value to rounded RGB bytes; alpha is optional.
Formula or rule
C=VS; X=C(1-|((H/60 mod 2)-1)|); m=V-C. Select RGB components by hue sector, add m, multiply by 255, and round.
Example

- HSV 0, 100, 100
- Calculation
- S=1, V=1, C=1, X=0, m=0; the 0° sector gives (1,0,0)×255.
- Result
- rgb(255, 0, 0)
